PhaseLink^®

The PhaseLink^® series of high-performance miniature coaxial cables has been specially designed for all applications where exceptionally high signal integrity is crucial for the functionality of the interface. They are available in AWG sizes from AWG 22 through AWG 38, with characteristic impedances driven by the system application, e.g., 50, 63, 75, and 93 Ohm.

PhaseLink^® cables benefit from the unique and outstanding characteristics of our special insulation systems. They provide excellent control of all key parameters, enabling an optimum transmission line.

The eye-opening benefits include:

• Exceptionally low insertion loss, generally up to 10% lower than that for common industrial dielectric insulation
• Our special dielectric system ensures minimal dielectric losses
• Excellent impedance tolerances +/- 1 Ohm (depending on construction) eliminating impedance mismatch in interconnect paths
• Excellent return loss from DC to GHZ
• Excellent VSWR, phase stability
• Very low time delay, 1.20 ns/ft or 4 ns/m
• Dip tin and soldering resistant constructions available

• Our special jacket system is halogen free and rated with all international fire agencies including UL, CSA Cenelec/IEC
• With the extreme durability of our special materials the PhaseLink^® cable series can bear up against extreme flexure and small bend radii – which simplifies cable management and standard industry installation practices
• PhaseLink^® cable geometries allow high electronic packaging densities
• In comparison to equivalent cable designs with the same impedance and AWG size, the external diameter of PhaseLink^® cables is up to 30% smaller
